Portland Kids
So there’s some neighborhood kids. They are super cool–have tons of pets–race their bikes up and down the street–you know….just being kids. I guess I’m a bit jealous…sometimes I forget what its like to be a kid and do whatever you feel inclined to do. One thing that is beautiful about kids in portland is that many of them are free to be themselves without weird social pressure to fit in. How awesome is that? Today these kids came by for a Non-Christmas Carol–they sang a camp song. They make me laugh out loud. I can only aspire to be as free with myself.
